2. What We Collect
a) Data you give us directly
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, subject, and message, along with the IP address you submitted from (used to help prevent abuse and spam).
b) Website usage data
We collect basic website analytics (pages visited, referring site, device type, browser, language) to understand usage and improve the site. This data does not directly identify you — we convert your IP address and browser info into a one-way hash that changes daily, so it cannot be reversed to identify you or used to track you across days.
3. Why We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry or provide a quote you requested
- To improve website content and user experience
- To help prevent abuse, spam, or activity harmful to the system
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
4. How Long We Keep It
We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to respond to and serve you, or until you ask us to delete it. Once no longer needed, we delete it or render it unidentifiable. Hashed website analytics data is retained only for long-term trend analysis.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only as necessary with service providers we use to run the site (e.g. our live chat provider, email delivery provider), who are bound to keep it confidential.
6. Your Rights Under the PDPA
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to withdraw consent previously given
- The right to object to processing of your data

This site encrypts all connections via HTTPS. Access to backend data is restricted to authorized staff based on assigned permission levels, with two-factor authentication and activity logging for all admin accounts.
